Meet Our Orthodontists

Hello! I’m Dr. Matt Hall and I’m thrilled to introduce you to Tangelo Orthodontics. We know choosing an orthodontist is a big decision. You want someone who not only delivers excellent results but also genuinely cares about your experience along the way. That’s why we’ve built our practice around connection, transparency, and results.

I founded Tangelo Orthodontics to reimagine the orthodontic process making it more comfortable, more efficient, and easier to fit into busy lives. We’ve invested in the latest technology to reduce the number of appointments while simultaneously improving outcomes. We’ve created flexible financial solutions that make treatment accessible to nearly any budget. Most of all, we’re focused on relationships because when patients feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, everything else falls into place.

I completed my dental training at Case Western Reserve University and earned my Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Colorado. After several years of practice, my wife and I fell in love with Tulsa – the people, the community, the feeling of home – and knew it was the right place to raise our three children and to build the kind of practice we’d always dreamed of: a better orthodontic experience. We are proud to be in Oklahoma and to grow in our ability to serve this great community.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me having fun doing anything outdoors or making music on the piano or guitar. My favorite role of all is being a husband to my hometown sweetheart, Taylor, and dad to our three incredible children – Carter, Madison, and Avery. They’re the heart behind everything I do, and the reason I care so deeply about the families we serve.

After graduating from Biola University and completing dental school and orthodontic residency at the University of Southern California, I’ve loved every opportunity to connect with patients and watch their confidence grow. What matters most to me is that you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for as part of the Tangelo family every time you walk through our doors.

One of my favorite parts of orthodontics is building real relationships with patients. Whether it’s a quick check or a big milestone in treatment, I believe every step of your smile transformation should feel like a partnership, with you at the center. My goal is to help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted while making sure your experience is personal, positive, and fun along the way.

I have a heart for service shaped by a dental mission trip to Guatemala. I love being involved with volunteer work through local organizations like Oklahoma Mission of Mercy. Making a difference is something I always want to be part of.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my wife, Narae, and our growing family – Liesl, Liam, Lora, and baby number four on the way – plus our toy maltipoo, Teddy. You might also find me on a pickleball court or in a yoga class. Fun fact: I can speak English, Korean, and Spanish.

Hey everyone, I’m Dr. Brock Frazee! I’m so excited for the opportunity to meet you and help you get your best smile. Most ask, so I want to let you know: My name is pronounced “fruh-zee” – kind of like “frisbee” but add a U and take out the B!

I am a board-certified orthodontist and proud Oklahoma native. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, I earned my dental degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. There I pursued my advanced specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. I chose to be an orthodontist because I’ve always loved the combination of science, art, and the confidence-building power of a healthy smile.

For me, fun is at the heart of everything I do. I believe orthodontic treatment should be more than just effective. It should be a positive, personal experience. Around here, you won’t just leave with a straighter smile – you’ll leave feeling like part of the family!

When I’m not in the office, I’m soaking up time with my beautiful wife, Kenzie, and our two awesome children, Brooks and Charlie. Family means everything to me, and I want our patients to feel that same warmth and care when they walk through our doors.
